Who says parkour is only for people? This little mutt from Hawaii named Roxy shreds!
For the ones who are not familiar with parkour (or PK), it is a non-competitive physical activity in which you are expected to overcome obstacles by adapting movements to the environment in the most efficient way possible.
Parkour is often practiced in urban areas because of the many interesting structures that can be used as part of the activity, such as railings, walls and fences.
